Seema completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teaching & Coaching from M.D.U. Haryana followed by B.P. Ed. from C.C.S. University and M.PE from Institute of Studies in Education University Rajasthan. Her formal training in Sports Education has helped her build excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. She has participated in Basketball Nationals, NETBALL NATIONAL, and State Games and was also awarded ‘basketball player of the year’ in 1997,1998, and 1999. Seema began her career as a PE teacher in 2008 and in a career spanning a decade so far, she has worked with schools such as Cambridge School Noida, Amity International School – Vasundhra, Teri Prakriti School Gurugram, and GEMS Modern Academy. Seema is also trained in Yoga and holds a 1-year Diploma from Patanjali Institute of Yoga, Haridwar.
