Kasturi is passionate about teaching and is a keen learner who believes that a teacher moulds herself according to the need of the child. She makes her educational content interesting for students by using different strategies such as the use of visuals and impressive facts along with hands on activities. She tries to develop a strong rapport with students to ensure the students are engaged in the class. She attained M.A in English Literature from Burdwan University, B.ed from MDU and also obtained certificate from. N.S.D.C. She utilizes her free time in reading novels.
